I think its cool that games allow you to use it, but Ive just never seen a game pretty enough to where I had to capture the moment. Even if something funny happens, I feel like I can never snap a pic in time.
Actually, I think I used it in RDR2 because mountains n shit.
Do any of you guys regularly use photo mode in games to take pretty pics of scenery and whatnot?

Ghost of Tsushima is absolutely pretty enough for it. Also one of the only games I've used it in.

Spider-Man has some cool action shots you can take. I particularly liked the end of Miles Morales when there's a blizzard happening while you're swinging.

It depends on the game and how good the photo mode is. I used photo mode a bunch of times when I played through the Forza Horizon games.

Taking pics in FFXV is awkward, but the the game does an amazing job of automatically taking pics.

Remember when you could use photo mode in Horizon: Forbidden West to look inside Aloy's chest and for some weird reason, the developers rendered actual naked boobs on her? That was crazy

Very rarely and mostly just look at someone or something happening in the environment, never to actually take photos.

Rarely. Useful for comparing graphics settings tho cuz I can't tell between very high and ultra most 9f the time.

I like when it exists, but I have never used it in any single player game. The only time I've ever used a designated photo mode is...the Selfie Cam in World of Warcraft, and the photo mode in Final Fantasy XIV. A couple of times, like...somewhere between two and five.

I don't really do it unless you count just hitting the F12 button on Steam. Also if it's required like in Breath of the Wild.
