They'll claim that removing the Bible deprives religious children of their freedom of religious expression by not giving them the ability to read the Bible during study time.

This will inevitably be followed by a different activist group, possibly the church of satan, pushing to get books that Christians would consider heretical into school libraries for the same reason. If they're being especially cheeky, the church of satan will make to kill a mockingbird an official holy book of the religion.
