I mean, everyone knows this.

People always dig in their heels rather than trying to improve when presented with how what they are doing isn't correct or necessary.

I do this, both of those things actually. I really have no idea why. I even did it while typing up this reply and had to delete it.

It is something I noticed though and have been trying to do better on, mostly for my office emails and shit though.

i've slowly managed to take it out of my usual vocabulary, same as tbh and honestly.

I mean is it that much of a problem?

you know some people just like have it out of habit
