I havent not decided yet. I can borrow one for now, but Ill look into that soon. My brother has tons of gear, so he might recommend something to start with

Nice! My first was a Yamaha Pacifica of some kind, ran me $400 or so in 05. How much did you drop on it? I haven't owned a guitar in years but it would be cool to get back into it.

This is actually about $215 after tax, so I feel like its a good price. If you want to get into it again, maybe a new guitar is what you would need.

You can do it. Youve just got to take it in steps and build from the confidence that you get from reaching milestones. Sometimes people get frustrated by how well other people can play, but you cant beat yourself up for not being pro level yet. Most musicians seem eager to help beginners if theyre humble and dedicated, too. (Or this is at least my experience as a drummer)
