I guess Porky is a coward and yet he is loud and seeks attention and validation prolly from Ness who is the everything Porky wants to be. Seeing that Giygas was able to offer him some form of power and control, that's prolly why he aligned with him without having to be brainwashed. --- Don't like it? Don't watch it. It's not just that though, I think Porky's dad admits somewhere that he got the raw end of the deal and that the loan could have been a lot less money yet still met what Ness' dad needed, so he ended up screwing himself over really. The older one gets blamed for not setting the younger one straight in abusive situations. The younger one can end up babied because the older one acts as a "conduit" (can't think of the right word. I feel like part the reason I love the game is because it doesn't try to answer every question. I have FF6 tied with Earthbound because they both fit a different type of want for story.
