I think the hardest part is finding a jury of his peers
I don't believe there are enough people who have tried to cause a hostile takeover of the government because he lost a popularity contest

Trump's lawyers are certainly trying to argue this. I believe they're making the case that the district where the trial is going to be held voted 99% Democrat in the last election so they're trying to get it moved to somewhere with a more even split of voters.
