Its the same reason Im terrified to go to the doctor, even though I probably should. Im a single guy living on my own working at a job that doesnt pay that well with high deductible insurance. I cant afford hospital trips and shit. I mean, fuck, last year I went to the hospital for abdominal pain (that turned out to just be small kidney stones ) and an overnight stay ended up costing me like $4,000.
