Sufferedphoneix 04/07/23 11:10:59 PM #12:	Congrats best I managed was to quit drinking daily. Drank daily for like 2 and half years and many years before that 3-5 times a week. I'm down to just my off days now which is 1 maybe 2 days a week. To put this in perspective I was drinking 20 to 30 shots of Jack Daniel's a day for those 2 and half years. That would put a lot of people face down in the dirt but I was doing it catching 4 hours of sleep and going to work. I'm down to what's equivalent of 10 drinks when I drink now. Rehab didn't fully work cause I truly didn't wanna quit I just wanted to get it under control. But yeah congrats I know it ain't easy. Alcohol is only one of two types of "drugs" that the withdrawal can kill you. --- I put my heart and soul into my work and I fear I have lost my mind in the process <cite>Sufferedphoneix posted [p:972707216] in 5 years so... Your choice is to either be their friend in their current state or don't to protect your mental health. You can gently tell them you think they should stop drinking but why is your place to tell someone what to do?
