If the former, no, it's creepy af.
If the latter, it's still creepy af, but only because it's you.

It really depends. But as a general rule of thumb its not okay to ask a girl out youll only meet once. Please dont be that guy who asks out the waitress at Red Robin or hits on the barista at Starbucks. Its creepy.

I also voted yes but thats just because society has double standards against men.
