Use a small pot. Make sure to use room-temperature eggs. Add in a tablespoon of white vinegar. Keep the heat on low. Once the water comes to a boil, cover and leave on a low boil for 6-7 minutes, depending on how you like your yolk to be set. You poke a hole in the egg, pour some water in the machine and then push a button. An alarm sounds when they're done. They peel super easy --- I don't believe in belts. You make a small crack at the bottom and the steam will seep in through the crack and get between the egg membrane and the shell. Add a bit of salt to the water works and once done before putting in ice bath I like to rattle them a bit in the pot to crack the shells a bit so when they sit in the ice bath water can get in, which makes it easier to peel. --- The Official Odin of the Shin Megami Tensei IV board.
