Did you do the area south and east of Limgrave? Including hugging the bear?

I don't remember. Haven't played for a month because last time I got annoyed at this place too and didn't want to play for a month. I did kill a bear right before getting here. I remember that.

I ran away from most enemies, but even that's trial and error finding a path that doesn't get you arrowed to death

I'm still not sure how you could barely be level 30ish if you did south and east of limgrave and explored the castle too after Margit

I stopped and went elsewhere when I realized it was mostly me thinking 'how fast will I die' since even the regular enemies were in packs and taking like 5+ hits

I did explore the castle but some asshole with a halberd killed me too many times so I went elsewhere.

the first major boss most people fight is Margit and then get access to stormhill castle or whatever it is
But if you got to stormveil castle and fought an enemy like this then you really should finish it
