You must live in the epicenter of enlightened thinking because this was never the case around me. Where there is one doofus not wearing the mask properly, there are many.

Then again I live in Pennsyltucky where most people scoff at the utility of algebra so maybe its worse here.

Folks had 3 years to look at examples of how to wear a mask and they still couldn't manage. Some people caught the rona multiple times and it's easy to see why.

Thats not fair. I caught it 4 times but it wasnt due to a lack of knowledge about how to wear a mask properly.

I sometimes wear them below my nose if I'm outside and not around anyone, so I can easily flip it up when I get inside. Or I'll wear it on my chin and then lift it up considering the circumstances.
