There was some achievement that asked you kill yourself, a teammate, and an enemy in a single explosion. And basically instead of playing the matches properly, tons of people were just trying to do this 1 achievement and fucking over people trying to play it legit in pretty much every match. It was hilarious to read about, and it was kinda why multiplayer achievements now are super basic like "get x kills".
I think it was an Xbox 360 game
