For once in my life I'll be working a standard 9-5 (well 8-4) job and won't have time to cook nor will I have a craft services table to sustain me at work anymore lol.

Never owned a blender before. Ideally I'll be able to scrounge up something effective and keep these smoothies nice and healthy while I'm at it.

This'll be an adventure.

Spinach, banana, peanut butter, skim milk, and either cubed ice or just freeze the banana beforehand has been my go to for years.

I have heard that. Will definitely give it a try. Heard the same thing about kale too.

Might swap out skim with oat milk since I tend to be iffy on dairy sometimes but otherwise I'm gonna try this

consider adding chia or flaxseed in addition to spinach.

i've heard great things about those "smoothie blenders" where you blend in the same container you drink from.

That's literally my recipe except I use vanilla almond milk and I also add a scoop of Oikos Triple 0 Greek Yogurt. I also use the powdered peanut butter to reduce a little bit of the calories.

Add a little of your favorite granola sometimes and it's a great start to the day.

Edit: Also I got The Ninja Foodi Power Blender and it's never failed once.

There's a cup that you make it in and then you just spin off the blades and spin on a cap and your good to go.

Everything above sounds good. You just need to start experimenting. Get all Frankenstein with it. You may get some odd flavors or textures, but you can adjust volumes and go from there.

I never found smoothies very filling, and less so over time. Overnight oats with berries and shit though? Win.
