At least I know I can if I wanted some Korean food lol. I'm assuming other non-Korean churches serve food too. And then there's food banks, but I guess that's only depending on availability and how much they're getting hit with requests for food. There are also all kinds of charities. I'm doubtful that anyone truly starves to death in America if they really want food that bad. If you can even scrounge up a few bucks from donations as a panhandler, you can eat dollar store food.
