I use debrox sometimes but even that sometimes doesn't work. My ears are really fucked up. They get plugged easy. Occasionally I have had to go to a clinic and have them flush them out.

Iirc, if you go to a clinic, they will just use debrox or something very similar

You know... this is one of those things where I know Q-Tips are bad for your ears, but I keep using them anyway, because it's the simplest method >_>

I think its only bad if you shove it in your ear hole. I use them every day to clean the opening of the hole, plus under the ridge across the middle of the ear.
