I hit the point of addiction during college where I was failing Linear algebra and couldn't focus on the material, and out of desperation I tried having a cigarette before class and it helped substantially. The rest of my cousins do smoke, however, because all my other Uncle's from my dad side of the family do. In Vietnam, even though most of us knows it's bad for you, there's no real social stigma to smoke. In fact, my dad even said he got made fun of because he refused to smoke at the age of 16 by being called a "wimp" and not a "real man". It's gotten a lot better since I picked up a vape again. I suspect it's some underlying thing that the nicotine helps manage, don't really know for sure, can't even conclusively rule out placebo, but one way or another it is making a huge difference. electricbugs2 04/19/23 8:33:13 PM #43:	Switched to vaping a few years ago when menthol cigarettes were banned in Canada. I mainly do it when Im driving because I get antsy really easily. Cigarettes were an easy quit, especially after I quit doing yachts, but I dont think Ill ever quit vaping unless they outlaw flavours. Like I always say, its never too early to hit the chuff. It's gotten a lot better since I picked up a vape again. I suspect it's some underlying thing that the nicotine helps manage, don't really know for sure, can't even conclusively rule out placebo, but one way or another it is making a huge difference. Plus the vape tastes good.
