Well... I actually do like this game, but wow, the fucking grind to get all the energy crystals in feed the cyber elves is absolutely unreal. You need like 24000ish to upgrade all of them so you can be on your way to unlock Ultimate Mode, but you probably only get like 4000 from running through the whole game. Which means you have to FUCKING GRIND! The best grind spot actually makes use of an RNG exploit with the save assist, but even with that you're only grinding out like 300 crystals a minute, which means you're gonna be there for about 90 minutes of repetitive killing until you can max everything out. Thankfully later games cooled their fucking jets with the crystal grinding. But I can't even imagine grinding it in the original version which didn't even have this slightly faster exploit. 3 > 2 > 1 > 4 btw --- Neon >_> ... Copied to Clipboard!

This grinding requires you to do a bunch of specific actions in a certain order to manipulate drops. You cant really watch a movie or something, you have to be paying attention. And you literally gotta do it 250 times >_> I cant stress how fucking mindnumbing it was to grind out the crystals in this game compared to grinding in other games --- Neon >_> ... I have a specific route in that game that I just run back and forth for Crystal grinding. They definitely made it better in the sequels --- Hope rides alone ... Copied to Clipboard!
