https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5E0ZVBpQPe0 I am not sure if my viewpoint on this is being colored, because the time when the game came out. But I think the music in this video game is some of the best. Besides the music being moving, and emotional just as is. It makes each part of the game better. The Wal Market music makes me think I am in a nasty slum. Tifa's theme makes me think I am with a good friend. Nobuo Uematsu is the reason I listen to classical music. FF games were such a huge part of my life growing up, it's made nearly every soundtrack so heavily nostalgic. Catch me in a mood and watch "Ahead On Our Way" melt me into a baby. --- Thank you for being a friend <3 ... Copied to Clipboard!

As someone who only played the original a few years ago and thus doesn't have nostalgia: the music is just really damn good.
