Robot2600 04/24/23 3:27:29 PM #1:	it's by a lot, and this place hasnt gotten any nicer. it's a 10% increase, and it already went up last year. the year before they made me start paying for water and removed all the laundry rooms, and put dumpsters in the middle of the walking path around the complex. i walk around a lot, and this really sucked. I have until july 31, so I think I might actually shop around for a new place. is there any room for negotiating these things? I lived here 10 years with minimal rent increases, but this back-to-back (3 years) of major increases (and loss of facilities at the complex) is a bit much. --- --- <cite>Robot2600 posted [p:973047693] in the damn r...
