I mean, I don't blame you, it's not like they'll run right if you click the no button. Best way to not get viruses is to a) rely on Microsoft and developers to enforce good security practices, and b) don't download software from shady sites, or click one of the 200 fake download buttons that for some reason Google allows in their ads (and then whine when we use unlock).
