Soulsfans interested in it because it's a FromSoft game I implore you to consider checking out the entire AC series. It's so good. Even the PSX games hold up remarkably well (well the controls feel janky at first but you get used to it).

I love that garage with core! Sadly I hear it is $449. . . I definitely dont love it that much. It is awesome looking though, but for something that is just going to collect dust it also looks like a pain in the butt to clean.

Absolutely, For Answer had these huge epic bosses to fight. One of them has you blasting through huge laser attacks until you get to just a huge ass gigantic mech you have to fight. It's so cool.

Coincidentally, I believe Armored Core 4 was the first project Miyazaki directed (the creator and brain child of the Souls series). So it stands to reason that 4 started his love of crazy action. For Answer is way better than 4 cause 4 is just too light on content. For Answer, though, is amazing.

Bipedal boosts upward really fast (1:13)
Quad mech boosts straight up and enters a hover mode (1:26)
Boosts over a sweeping laser (2:22)
Against the missile spam boss (2:33) you can see them boost upwards while strafing
Flying over the sweeping arm (2:37)
