Pat Sajak and Vanna White go back nearly forty years, but sometimes, things get weird. The longtime Wheel of Fortune host recently made an inappropriate joke toward White during a recent broadcast of the popular game show. Toward the end of Tuesdays (May 2) episode, Sajak asked White, So, when youre away from the exciting world of show business, do you have a place to go to relax to get away from it all? White replied, Yeah, my garden in my backyard! Its peaceful, its quiet theres trees, theres birds. Sajak replied, Thats a nice change of pace. The model and co-host then asked her colleague the same question, to which he joked, You dont know this, but its actually your garden. White and the crowd both quietly chuckled at his joke. Sajak continued, Im usually there about 2 or 3 in the morning. Dont be alarmed! To reassure the clearly weirded-out audience, White promptly turned to the audience and pointed at her partner. Hes joking, she said. Sajak kept the joke going, shaking his head in disagreement. No, Im not, he mouthed to the audience. The host mimicked picking a fruit from a tree and added, I pick pears.

One viewer reacted in shock to Sajaks joke and tweeted, Pat Sajak with a stalker joke to end the night! This isnt the first time Sajak made a joke that didnt bode well with his audience. In April 2022, he made another inappropriate comment toward White after asking her if shes an opera buff. White told him, Yes, Im not a buff, but I like opera. Sajak then responded with a risqu line of questioning, asking her, Have you ever watched opera in the buff? Im just curious. She responded with a quick No! More recently, Sajak revealed that his jokes dont quite resonate at home, either. During an April episode, he told White that he pranks his wife on her birthday every year by pretending to have a heart attack. He said, She never finds that amusing, I dont understand. Sajak turned to White and asked, Dont you find that funny? With a grimace on her face, she replied, No.

People have been all over Pat ever since that time a year or so ago when that lady was supposedly screwed out of winning the bonus round. Every other day there's some mention of odd behavior on the show, no matter how trivial.

He's an old white republican boomer. This isn't the first time he's said stuff like this and it won't be the last. I remember a few years ago he said it at the end of a show and had to apologize for it one episode later.

What the hell at his heart attack "prank" he does every year on his wife's birthday. Dude's gonna regret that if he ever has a real heart attack.
