I'm getting frustrated talking with bots about the issue I'm having.

based on the issue you stated what you should do is

I was mostly curious to know if anyone has experience with them before I shared because I'm getting exhausted writing it out over and over and over and over.

So the issue is that when I try and log into my Microsoft account while starting up Minecraft for the kids, it asks me to link them. When I try and do that it says my Microsoft account is already linked to a different PSN account, yet when I try the same thing while starting up Minecraft: Dungeons it says my PSN account is already linked to a different Microsoft account. When I try and find out what PSN account my Microsoft account is linked too I have no luck finding that information and Sony has told me my PSN is not linked to any Microsoft account.

When I was transferring licenses between computers I felt like I had to force disconnect them from the users under the MS sign-on multiple times.

I think there's a way to push through the bots and talk to a real person eventually.

I did, Microsoft told me they can't see what PSN account is linked to my Microsoft account and Sony told me there was no Microsoft account linked to my PSN account. Both of them told me to contact the other because they don't have access to each others servers. It super frustrating.

None, when I try and login using my MS account it asks me to link it to my PSN.

I think I misread. When I start up MC on my PS4 it just uses my PSN.

If you can access the PS4 version, when you go into the settings within Minecraft and then into your account, does it give you an option to unlink a Microsoft account?

No because my PSN account is not linked to a Microsoft account and my Microsoft account is not linked to a PSN account but any attempt to link them through a Minecraft game results is the system telling me one or the other is already linked with its counter part.
