TBH I tried to exclude those types of things as criteria when picking. Blood on the Dance Floor would have made the list even without the pedo/rapist stuff, just on the merits of their music alone.

I tried to make a distinction between bands I hate vs bands who just make shitty music as well.

Like, I think Dave Matthews band music sucks but I don't really hate them. Sublime though I have a stronger opinion about because of radio time and obnoxious stoners trying to push their shit.
