Em no, you made a topic whining about being called something that is very fitting to how you come across here. If that wasn't an invitation for people here giving their perspective on how you are percieved, I dunno what your point was in making the thread.
Either way maybe next time put a disclaimer that you want pats on the back only, and that noting you are rude is apparently an insult.

Edit: also why would people even agree that the patients were "always wrong" ? We weren't there.
And you didn't include any details about what happened. That's why it sounds like you're just whining cause someone called out your attitude.
