I think it should. It's pretty much doing the same thing humans do, but with speed and efficiency that's a million times faster. I mean I'm presuming people create the constitution by assimilating data from society and determining what the best course is for the greater good. Using AI just does the same thing, except it's faster, non-bias, and handles information much better than some tenured judge with a scotch problem.

i doesn't take an AI to re-write the constitution.

i like your attitude tho, but AI is heavily bias-ed by whoever has control over it.

IF (and a big IF) AI were to re-write the constitution then we'd have to literally vote on what source code and training weights to use before we run the program, or something.

if we were that advanced we wouldn't need to be re-writing anything, anyway.
