Are you talking about the guy who came up and said "just reset the bike and let her take it"? He was absolutely NOT just a bystander, and he WAS enabling it to work for her.

Note the stethoscope around his neck: He's her coworker.

And like I asked on the last page, why should the guy -- any of them -- give her the bike just because she's making a scene? None of them are under any obligation whatsoever to give in to her demands, especially once she started screaming for help like they were the ones in the wrong.

After the new information, seems like she already had the bike and they pulled up on her and pushed it back with her on it to lock it and then wouldn't let her pay again by covering the QR.

This is becoming an issue around NYC. People push you while you're taking or returning the Citi bike and then the original person gets charged for the ride and if it's not returned in 24 hours, they're charged the price of the whole bike, which is $1,200+.
