Disney hires buckets of idealist art-school grads full of weird and sometimes awesome ideas, then all the weird and sometimes awesome ideas all get focus-grouped into the most generic calculatedly-inoffensive internationally-mass-marketable film possible, usually stuffed full of musical numbers.
