Depends on your hobbies tbh. If you like to rock climb and cross-country ski, you're gonna start slowing down. If you just wanna sit on your ass and watch anime and eat domino's, you'll have a long happy life.

Regardless of chipper your attitude may be, your body and mental faculties are factually already declining in your 30s because you stop growing at 25. Yeah, you can be fit, work out, and blah blah blah, but you won't be able to reach the state you could reach in your early 20s.

Sure, but most pepple here when they talk about going downhill, they don't mean they can only run a 5k in 25 minutes instead of 22.

The differences in your everyday life can be pretty minor. Plus, I better know what is important to me.
