Congrats on the interview. Dollar Tree tends to be bottom barrel pay. It was paying 10.15 to a worker that had been there for 7 years. The warehouse i was at was starting at 16 or 18 if you could work all the equipment. I really like staffing agencies to find a job. They do a lot of the leg work for you and most of the positions are temp-to-hire. They're often a ploy to give somone salary to avoid overtime.
