In the third round, he starting blinking and I punched him and he went down for the TKO. The Japanese game in this case is a limited released beta version @10.000 copies that was given away in contests and raffles, it was never sold in stores. It is clearly a beta, the palette is different, all music (except one track) is different, Macho Man is the last boss, etc etc. I posted a gameplay video from it in an earlier post. Mike is programmed and you can fight him with a Game Genie. Most likely they hadnt gotten the license by then.
