I have a friend who was posted something on FB like "Count your motherfucking days Trump!!" and called him trash and whatnot. She then disappeared for like 6 months. I asked her where the hell she's been, and she told me she actually went to jail over that post for threatening the president. I was shocked since it wasn't like a literal threat and could be technically interpreted as he won't be president for much longer. >_>

Can Biden order him to be dishonorable discharged as the CinC?
