Get experience, certs. etc and can you get into 6 figures within a few years. I graduated in 2018 and make 6 figures as of now. IT sector pays well. A lot of people don't state it publicly but they definitely have family or grandparents handing them 10-30k for down payments. Bought my current car (used, obviously) with cash, not financing. Also if your company has a 401k invest into whatever the company match is ASAP.
