Which makes sense. But instead of quietly caving on their own policy, they should discourage disputes by making the failed dispute penalty more harsh. E.g. if you fail a dispute you can't dispute again for a week, then a month, then two months, etc. - so people will pick their battles instead of disputing NKLs
