How many? Under normal circumstances. Consider a 'day of work' to be your normal expected work shift on a working day.

How much Paid Time Off?

I get 30 days of leave, but if I'm sick or injured, I'm still getting paid and can take days off fairly easily with doctors note and there is no written upper limit for those kinds of situations.

156 hours each year. So that's about 15.6 days for me since I work 10 hour days. I'll get even more hours per pay if I stay another 6 years.

This doesn't count sick time which is 104 hours a year. All of that rolls over every year too.

I get 24 days off paid, not counting the state holidays. And 22 of those days roll over indefinitely.

We do have a soft cap of 80 days accrued though. After that we have to work with our manager to get our accrued time back below 80 days. This got implemented after some state employees in high paying positions retired with like $300k worth of PTO (they have to cash you out if you retire/leave). So the state decided they're not letting people's PTO get that high ever again lol

I don't get days. I get hours. How many hours per day is really up to me.
I get 150 hours a year. I can split it up 4, 8, or 10 hours per day depending on the day of the week. Thursday is a nothing day so I only work 4-5 hours while Saturday is a 10 hour day.
I get 5 sick days
Then 4 personal days where I can just call in and say "I do not want to work today and will use a personal".

Yeah I accrue leave by the hour as well, but my work days are always 8 hours, so it's easy to convert it to days

30 days+ technically, but in my role PTO essentially equates to no meetings and never a complete break
