Have fun with parenthood!

The pull-out method is an objectively bad birth control method with a low success rate. I don't care "how good your pull-out game is" because over enough attempts everyone's "game" fails.

If you've got frequent partner change, then having a insertive penis havers use condoms is by far the best method. Not only does it almost guarantee a lack of pregnancy, it also minimises the risk of disease transmission, which SHOULD be a priority if you have many different partners, especially since a partner who infects you might not know that they're infected. Likewise, you might infect someone else without realising it.
Because of this, I'd say that anyone that frequently have a new partner should make sure that insertive penis havers use condoms, regardless of whether or not the intercourse could lead to pregnancy. This is doubly true when it comes to anal intercourse, which - due to the risk of microtears in the analcanal - has a higher chance of communicating disease.

"But what about broken condoms"? What about learning how to store a condom and how to have sex? A condom should be stored correctly, in a place where they won't get too warm, and where they won't experience friction (ie, not in your goshdarn wallet or pocket) if you put it in a purse or a bag, make sure to put somewhere where it won't be rubbing against other contents and where its facing away from your body heat, and don't leave it exposes in the sun. You should also be aware that condoms absolruely have expiration dates. Check them. Once you get to the act itself, the points of failure is
a) not putting it on correctly, which.... watch a goddamn tutorial. Roll it down, make sure there's a pinch og space at the top, use a correct size.
B) Too much dryness making too much friction, which.... learn how to sex. If you're dry, use a lube that is compatible with your condom. Usually that will be water-based. Having things inserted into a dry cavity isn't even enjoyable anyway. There's absolutely no shame in being dry, not all women get wet enough, and if you're going anal you're always going to be dry, so lube up. It makes things better.

Also, dental dams are a thing.

That said, because guys can't always be trusted to use a condom or use it correctly, it's a good idea to be on the pill, especially if it helps with your period cramps, however not all pills work with all people, and if you're particular forgetful, unorganised or just have a very stressful and demanding schedule, you might not always remember to take it, in which case its useful from a prevention standpoint.
If your problem is too many side-effects, there's multiple pills that interact differently with different people and it can be worth it to try a bunch of different ones.
If your problem is the latter, I'd recommend an IUD or a p-Staff, which also have different side-effect profiles and may in some people be better tolerated if you've had uncomfortable side effects before.

For fellas there's also vasectomies that are a quick and minor operation, which is something you should think about if you know you're not going to want kids for a long while. Vasectomies can be reversed. Now, there is a very small but still existent change of reversals not working, so talk with your doctor if you're considering one. You may also want to store some sperm at a medical facility just in case. You cannot store your sperms at home.

If you don't change partners and your partner(s) don't either, condoms are less of an absolute necessity, and it may be okay to just rely on vasectomies and/or hormonal prevention... as long as your partners don't lie about whether they've had new partners. Everybody's human dude.

Lastly, I haven't discussed having your tubes tied, and there's a very good reason for that: It is a major operation that is totally incomparable with a vasectomy. It should only be used if all other birth control methods have failed for you. If you're even thinking about it, schedule a talk with your doctor, and I mean a talk. Do not go in with the mindset of scheduling a time for the procedure.

Other surgical interventions that prevent pregnancies are also possible, but none of them should be seen as birth control, since that's not what they're there for. They're treatments for other conditions. If you're going to have one of these OR a tubal ligation it would be a good idea to arrange to have some eggs or sperm stored away, even if you don't currently want kids. You might change your mind later.

This has been basic fucking sex Ed with TFB, because your state is too much of a hellhole to give you this talk.
