Are you happy with the amount of sleep you are getting?

For the longest time I was a 5-6 hour sleeper. Resolved to increase that by 1 hour, but ended up with extra 2 hours instead. Most nights I sleep for about 8 hours. Abstaining from tech 2 hours before bed + a cup of chamomile tea = damn good sleep. ... Copied to Clipboard!

i am an insomniac by nature but being prescribed ambien greatly helped. it allows me to sleep 8-9 hours if i need to or i can sleep less or longer as needed --- I am thinking about just walking into the river now that Megaupload is gone and condoms are in porn.-Fubonis ... Copied to Clipboard!
