Are you happy with the amount of sleep you are getting?

For the longest time I was a 5-6 hour sleeper.

Resolved to increase that by 1 hour, but ended up with extra 2 hours instead. Most nights I sleep for about 8 hours.

Abstaining from tech 2 hours before bed + a cup of chamomile tea = damn good sleep.

I am so exhausted. I'm getting some mandatory time off in July and I intend to sleep through most of it.

I feel like I get somewhere around 7-8 hours each night and I'm always tired

Night not be getting quality sleep though. And I don't reduce my screen time before bed either

It might sound crazy, but if you put all your tech in another room, it can help a lot. I no longer keep my ipad, phone, and laptop in my room. After all, who wants to keep leaving the room to go check on their tech?

Make your bedroom a sanctuary, a place meant to unwind and relax and restore.

People do different things (some people stretch, journal, etc.).

What works for me is reading. I read before bed. So good for unwinding.

Sleeping more than 8-9 is deterimental, and it should also be around the same time. I agree that the quality of sleep is important too of course.
