I guess it's all good that someone still turns in a quality product. I play an RE remake and it gets me all hyped and into gaming again, but then I get to Haligtree in ER (otherwise a good game in all fairness) or play some diaper butt quality game like Returnal and I start questioning why I'm even still into this hobby.

I know people are hype for FF16, but man I have not enjoyed an FF since like FF9, maybe 10 was sort of OK.

I haven't played FFVII Remake yet, and I have Playstation Plus now, so maybe give that a shot. Idk, I know it was an incoherent thread I've just lost that loving feeling and the thrill is gone.

Dread is awesome. Plus Zelda games sell damn well.

I Square's smaller projects that feels more like there SNES/PS1 days but most of their larger games are crap.

Namco is still good for the most part.

The sale that was going on, and I figured it had enough games I haven't played (like FFVII Remake) that would justify the discounted price. Plus I got SF6, so I can online play.

The franchise I grew up with is certainly dead. Just because you're satisfied with this Build a Bear workshop BS don't pretend like the OG Zelda fans don't have a right to mourn their loss.

All Zeldas are controversial among fans.
This one because it's not different enough from the last one,
unlike the others who were TOO different.

I was actually accepting of BotW provided they took step towards an actual Zelda series in the future. They didn't, so the series is dead to me. IDGAF if you can build your own Gundam now. That doesn't impress me. If anything it pisses me off.

Yeah that version of the franchise died with the release of Ocarina of time in 1996. Series are suppose to change and advance. We should move with them. Zelda may be different but it's still great.

They don't do it. They simply added the freedom to allow people to do that if they want. You are complaining about an option not even needed to complete the game.

One more post like this and I'm blocking you. No, I'm not talking about the game going from LttP to OoT and you damn well know it. I'm not tolerating any trolling in this topic. If you can't defend your game's integrity without trolling, then what does that say about the game?

Link's Adventure was more innovative of a sequel than TotK was.

Usually it's just Nintendo trying to appease the people who liked the last game better.
TP was in response to WW's cartoony graphic, SS in response to TP not being as whimsical as WW, etc.
