They did kinda suck though tbh. anyway, hot take, sega and game gear games always sounded like shit and had that tin-y staticky sound. The game gear platformers were pretty great, with Sonic Triple Trouble and Tails Adventure being the best of them. Sonic 2 had some really difficult parts (like the first boss) due to the screen being cut off compared to the Master System original. --- .____ [____]===0 . . . . tremain07 06/19/23 6:17:52 PM #14:	Her super form looks as lame as Tails, Mighty and Ray's do, only Knuckles and Sonic even have unique spirtes for transforming, it's clear back then they wanted Knuckles to keep his super form but as time went on he got phased out for Shadow, then Blaze, then Silver then all of them got phased out for just Super Sonic with Super Silver appearing after 14 years of absence in the IDW comic's, Burning Blaze appeared as well but Super Shadow hasn't appeared in official Sonic media since Sonic and Sega Allstars Racing as his super move.
