forgiveness to go through? Obv. It was just rejected, recently. Did you believe this had a better chance of being approved than affirmative action?

I thought there was an outside chance the challenge would be dismissed on standing and so would survive without ever reaching the merits. But it was just that, an outside chance.

Affirmative Action was absolutely dead with this court.

Not to say that because I expected these results I think they're correct. The Debt Relief absolutely should have been thrown out on standing and honestly probably should have prevailed on the merits even if it got there but... y'know. And the AA ruling is a mess too.
