So many upset neighbors too, like people who have to shut their car alarms each time there's a pop. Oh and dogs are pissed too. So I stepped up to become the town's hero and called 911. I live in Texas where we have problems with these things causing huge fires because of all the dry grass, and even though they're illegal to set off within city limits, the cops still don't do anything if you call in. If they even show up at all, they'll just be like "hey y'all, stop it and don't do it again.
