The closest to double I have is in Japan they released Mario 64 and Wave Race to have Rumble support so I have the original releases and the rumble editions, too. The early 3D era with big clunky polygons and muddy textures... meanwhile processing power meant gorgeous sprite work and fluid animation was often ignored for the "wow" factor of 3D environments. I still love some games form that era, but I was more of a PC guy into the real-time-strategy craze and doom-likes (sprite and vector based) at that time.
