I ran tests for RAM, CPU, GPU, NVME, PSU, drivers, etc. His memory dump / BSOD logs and all the results led me to determine his motherboard was faulty. He has no trouble after replacing his motherboard. Btw, he was having random hard locks, freezing, random shut offs, and sometimes would not even boot. I know the DSIM suggestion is one way. I know there are lots of confusing recovery options in Windows 10 when it fails to boot. Can you get to that menu?
