incredibly easy math problem but I'm just embarrassed I read 3^3 as 3*3, amateur hour mistake but at least Genny also fell victim. Also was doing the math in my head because I'm just that good, should've done the calculator.

Also it was broken before then and the lesson here is watch out for where you place your drink on your desk, had zero issues for years and this is 2nd direct keyboard spill since earlier this year when I changed the cup position. Back to the classic drink spot, one lesson learned here.

Hope is not as universally hated as people think

The thing with characters that are 'hated' is that they also have a few fans willing to give them a push or keep them out of boots

basically how i've carried layle to the top 40 coming on 7 years, all you need is one

although hatred can get you targeted in a rush whereas unknowns can pick up support to snipe out bigger names

I actually coincidentally was working with that number 3^3 * 7 just a couple days ago. I get recommended math videos often on youtube and one of the thumbnails was "What is the smallest integer with 21 factors that is a multiple of 21" and one of the numbers I tested was that (3^3 * 7)^2 because only square numbers have an odd number of factors. I found it had 23, stopped there and by the time I was going to watch the video I no longer had a link to it.

As for Fang, I'm not really looking to get her out like you. I actually kinda like her but I like a lot of these characters so that still puts her in the lower half for me.

Yeah I figured, it's just funny like a recurring joke between us, like the 3rd or 4th time it's come up. I shouldn't care but I feel like I need to commit to the bit now.

I played XIII and XIII-2. Some FFs I can't really rank the characters, but for this one this is more or less set. I guess maybe Lightning and Fang could switch - kinda neutral on both.

XIII-2 boosted Hope. Noel and Serah are not worth ranking, I can't believe they wrote a whole game around them.
LR boosted Light and Fang for me, diminished Vanille a bit (still a fan tho) and reaffirmed how irrelevant and one-note Sazh is. They never found a way to use him.

His fault for squaring the 3 instead of cubing it, and then panicking like a spaz once he realized the error of his ways TBH

Speaking as someone who made HALF of those mistakes so it's okay for me to say it

It works better for Fang though, BECAUSE she's not meant to be as prominent of a character. I still like Lightning, but she's a bit diminished compared to others in the cast because her whole "stoic badass" persona is rough to deal with in the lead character slot.
