Tap, purified, spring, alkaline, electrolyte, etc

Ive been drinking tap and from water fountains for a long time but someone was talking about all the Teflon in the water supply so I guess now I drink purified or spring water

i saw some rainwater for sale in cans at the store and the can said hey if you think drinking rainwater isnt safe just check this website! And the website basically stated that its not a good idea

Tap water. If I have to buy a bottle, whatever's cheapest.

Spring water fucking sucks, tap water varies where you live and no chance in hell I'm buying a fancy designer water that solely exists for people to get some sense of status from the water they drink.

Meanwhile every purified water brand sells exactly the same reverse osmosis mineral infused water, so why get anything other than generic?

Brita filtered tap, and our water comes from a creek up the road.

It's filtered via reverse osmosis. Which isn't necessarily cheap to do on your own.

Also, do people think water melting from fresh glaciers or pumped from aquifers does anything other than hydrate you? Or that pH crap that makes people think they're lowering acidity in their body.

As long as you're not drinking distilled or contaminated water, it's all doing the same shit.

Also not saying that you drink these bullshit fancy waters, just going on a bit of a rant.
