I don't think that they care, aside from any who may have stock in either MS or Sony

I think that neither give a shit.

If push came to shove, I'd say democrats would be slightly more opposed, because at least on paper they tend to be more anti-trust, anti-monopoly, etc. Again, on paper, because in practice they love profiting from shit like this.

Republicans meanwhile have no issue at all with companies getting bigger and bigger until we're swallowed in a late stage capitalist hellscape. The free market can do no wrong, after all, which means everything from monopolies to company towns to child labor to segregation is A-ok so long as the Benjamin's flow upward. "Hard Work" and "Bootstraps" and "If you don't like it, be a small indie company that somehow manages to square off with and out-market a multi billion dollar multinational, because that's something that happens in the real world."

This is stupid and doesn't help anybody.

It's not an even 50/50 split.

You a redcap? Else, no logic to your post in a practical sense.

One party is all for deregulation and less taxes for the rich as a platform.

I'm not saying either choice is ideal, I'm saying you're a clown if you hold a position that Republicans would be over all better, or exactly the same as Democrats in this regard.

Vote Republicans to extinction, then we can focus on the cooperate dems.

I don't think this is a political issue tbqh. Its never been framed that way.

Its more of whether you love seeing SONY lose or not.

I never vote Republican, but to act like Democrats don't also serve corporate interest is naive as hell.

Neither remotely care. It's just a game company buying another game company, there are thousands of more pressing concerns.
