Any collectors out there and if so, what is it you're collecting. I'm looking for something new to get into. I've amassed a decent coin collection (all NGC or PCGS slabbed) and a good Garbage Pail Kids collection (all PSA or BGS, 1985 series 1 primarily but a couple from series 2). I've been thinking about Magic the Gathering cards but only focusing on those on the reserved list. But I'm not sure I trust them to honor that list in the future and a simple rule change can ruin a card's value. What is the reason you want to start a collection? A hobby to connect with a fanbase? Warhammer minis. Personal joy? I can't really say what would spark joy for you. Profit? I collect artbooks. Mostly anime/game focused recently but I got most of everything I wanted for now so it's shifting back to non weeb stuff and kinda venturing towards architecture books now. It won't grow into anything crazy but I would like to have enough to completely fill a home library by the time I'm retirement aged.
