-Connections formed using decent social skills -Nepotism -Union trade work -IT Certifications gained with the help of YouTube tutorials -Computer Programming skills acquired by Udemy online bootcamps 20 years ago, those last two options didn't really exist. Not every skill is learned in universities. Higher vocational education is very important and one of the reasons, why people here in Switzerland are highly skilled in their fields.
