Some people have a much higher or lower sex drive than others. Its possible youre asexual, but also possible you just have a low sex drive. I feel like mine has started to drop slightly as I get older, but mine was very high when I was younger.

Yeah i definitely dont have a high sex drive. It just feels like most people feel like they wouldnt be able to live without sex, but i very easily could.

Some people are not put off by low self-esteem/depression. Sometimes because those people are easier to manipulate; sometimes because it brings out nurturing instincts; sometimes because they are just attracted to that type; sometimes they like the other person so much, they just don't care.

There are plenty of exceptions to every 'rule'.

On the surface you would think I'm the most confident dude in the world. I can take control of a room and know how to make people feel special.

So I usually end up attracting women fairly often, but once they get the least bit close all my fears overwhelm my ability to mask. My fears being that once they get to really know me, they won't want to be with me anymore.

Casual sex is easy because they don't have to get to know me... But I've discovered I'm a demisexual so that type of sex only hurts me further.
